Funding for the "Verein Schülerheim Pinkafeld"

The association Schülerheim Pinkafeld receives continuous grant funding from the State of Burgenland for the midday meals of vocational school students housed in the dormitory of the Oberwart Vocational School at the Landesberufsschule Pinkafeld. The objective is to secure daily full meals as part of the educational program, thereby ensuring a balanced diet and an optimal learning environment. The funding is exclusively aimed at non-profit associations and fully covers the catering costs incurred in the dormitory.

Eligible for funding are those students of the Oberwart Vocational School who reside in the dormitory of the Landesberufsschule Pinkafeld during the school term and actively participate in the midday meal program. Applications can be submitted at any time from January 1, 2014; there is no application deadline restriction. Required documents include the completed funding application and the catering cost statement. After submission, the statement is reviewed by the responsible state authorities, following which the funds are approved through an individual decision. In this way, the program makes a valuable contribution to alleviating the financial burden on families and promoting educational opportunities for young people in Burgenland.
