Description

Since 2004, the Foundation of the Bad Dürkheim District has been supporting a wide range of cultural, social, environmental, and educational projects. This grant funding is aimed at recognized non-profit organizations active in youth work that contribute to enriching social life through diverse initiatives. The objective of the funding is to make a sustainable contribution in the areas of culture, social affairs, environmental/nature conservation, children and youth, culture & media, as well as work & social issues. In addition to cultural performances and projects, the institution also supports measures for energy efficiency and climate protection, thereby covering a broad spectrum of funding areas. Applications can be submitted on an ongoing basis, providing space for innovative and creative concepts that meet the needs of the Rhineland-Palatinate region.

Eligible for funding are non-profit associations that have existed for at least three years and have their own youth department or intensified youth work. Special emphasis is placed on projects that strengthen the exchange and participation of young people. Furthermore, grants can also be applied for membership fees in music clubs as well as to support training costs for young musicians, provided they reside in the Bad Dürkheim district. The foundation places great importance on supporting projects that have a positive impact on the community and sustainably promote the development of regional cultural and social structures. With its committed funding concept, it offers a valuable platform to empower local initiatives in their diversity and innovative strength.
