The "Everything Under One Roof" model combines three central services on a park-like 19,000 sqm site. The 35 comfortably furnished assisted living apartments are spread over three floors and feature south-facing balconies as well as an underground parking garage. In the modernly designed day care center, safety, freedom of movement, and individualized care are prioritized. Additionally, the family caregiver counseling office provides information on care options and facilitates relief and support services. Applications can be submitted at any time, provided residency in the municipality of Hösbach or its districts is proven.
