Funding objective
The state of Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, together with the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+), supports projects that advise, qualify, and integrate long-term unemployed individuals with special placement barriers into the general labor market, in order to enhance their employability and participation opportunities.

Description
The non-repayable grant supports innovative integration projects in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania in the fields of employment, education & training, promotion of women, as well as labor & social affairs. The goal is to comprehensively advise and qualify long-term unemployed persons and those at risk of long-term unemployment who face health or social barriers to placement. The measures combine labor market-integrated health promotion, motivation, career planning, qualification, self-activation in the living environment, and the reconciliation of work and private life into a holistic concept to sustainably increase employability and social participation. The funding runs from 28.06.2022 to 31.12.2030 and is provided jointly with the European Social Fund Plus (ESF+).
Type of funding: non-repayable grant; Thematic areas: employment, education & training, promotion of women, labor & social affairs, and social issues. The initiatives are particularly focused on labor market-integrated health promotion, motivation and career planning, as well as qualification offers and measures for self-activation in the social environment to sustainably improve professional and social participation. Eligible recipients are legal entities under private law, especially educational institutions, with professional and organizational suitability. The funding rate is up to 60% of the lump-sum expenses (personnel cost and residual cost lump sum). A positive vote from the responsible regional advisory board is a prerequisite. For application submission, the application form, amendment request, personnel suitability form (PKP), task description, project description form for integration projects, financing plan, and co-financing declaration must be submitted. Applications can be submitted until 31.12.2030.
