Funding of measures within the framework of consolidation and land readjustment procedures

Within the framework of the development strategy for rural regions in Tyrol, consolidation and land readjustment procedures are supported through targeted investment grants from the state. Funding is provided for measures necessary for traffic access, soil improvement, ecological compensation measures, as well as mapping. Eligible to apply are consolidation and land readjustment communities and their members who are active in the fields of agriculture & rural development, environmental/nature conservation, or energy efficiency & climate protection. The continuously available funds serve to efficiently manage necessary workflows and contribute to sustainably optimizing agricultural structures and enhancing ecologically valuable areas.

A prerequisite for the grant is proof of urgent need for the respective procedure as well as the submission of original invoices and payment receipts. An annually prepared work plan, created in advance, determines the available funds, whereby investment measures may only be carried out after coordination with the funding agency. Application documents required include a detailed description of measures, a binding cost estimate, and a declaration of commitment. Through the combination of financial support and professional guidance, the measure supports sustainable land readjustment projects and strengthens the economic strength and environmental quality in Tyrol in the long term.
