Eligible are private vocational schools, denominational general secondary schools, vocational middle and higher schools, as well as compulsory schools and various private schools in Tyrol. Up to €123 per student can be applied for annually. The funds are available without limitation and are granted as a one-time subsidy per calendar year. For expenses up to €5,000, submission of original invoices and payment confirmations is sufficient; beyond that, a balance sheet or income-expenditure statement for the funding year must be submitted.
A prerequisite for receiving the grant is the membership of the State of Tyrol in private vocational schools by government decree, recognition by the Regional School Board as a denominational or vocational school, as well as the public law status according to the Private Schools Act. Company vocational schools must present an agreement with the State of Tyrol. Applications can be submitted at any time, with only one application per institution allowed per year. The funding is provided as a non-repayable grant that contributes to the long-term security of school operations and the strengthening of pedagogical quality.
