The Social and Sports Foundation of the Kassel Savings Bank was established in 1992 and has since stood for strong commitment in the social and sports sectors in Kassel as well as in the Kassel district. With an endowment capital of a total of 10 million euros, the foundation supports projects that strengthen the common good and promote sustainable social developments. The funding includes, among other areas, science and research, arts and culture, monument preservation, youth and elderly care, as well as grassroots sports.
