Funding by the Sparkassenstiftung Gutes tun

Since 2009, the Sparkassenstiftung GUTES TUN – Donor Network of Sparkasse Karlsruhe has been supporting a wide range of charitable projects in Baden-Württemberg. With an endowment capital of 500,000 euros, it manages proceeds that continuously flow into 13 funding areas: from youth and elderly care to arts & culture, education, health, and environmental/nature conservation, as well as energy efficiency, climate protection, and commitment to social cohesion. As a sponsorship instrument, the network enables donors and nonprofit organizations, associations, federations, foundations, and public institutions in the Karlsruhe region to receive uncomplicated and individually tailored support. Sparkasse Karlsruhe handles the administration, thereby relieving formal burdens, while the substantive design is independently determined by the donors or project managers.

The funding is explicitly aimed at initiatives with a statutory focus on charitable purposes, which are based or implement projects in Baden-Württemberg and ensure transparent use of funds. Ongoing applications can be submitted at any time, allowing flexible planning and rapid implementation. Whether as a donation, additional endowment, foundation fund, trust foundation, or expenditure foundation – the network offers various options starting from a volume of 1 euro up to independent foundations. This model particularly appeals to organizations and committed individuals who wish to sustainably anchor social, cultural, or ecological projects in the Karlsruhe region while relying on the experience and reliability of the Sparkassenstiftung GUTES TUN.
