The funds are continuously available and can be used flexibly for training and further education measures in the fields of labor & social affairs, women's advancement, as well as initial & further training. Applications must always be submitted at least one month before the start of the qualification measure.

Only women aiming for sustainable livelihood security are eligible for funding. Requirements include compliance with the guidelines of the Women's Education Fund, proof of AMS (Public Employment Service) or minimum income support receipt, and submission of registration certificates for all household members, insurance certificates, marriage or divorce certificates, and, if applicable, donation or maintenance proofs. Additionally, applications and decisions regarding other public funding as well as a registration confirmation with a cost breakdown must be submitted. Trainings without a realistic prospect of livelihood security will not be considered.
