Description

FutureCoaching+ by StudienStiftungSaar offers upper secondary school students and prospective university students in Saarland comprehensive guidance on study and career fields. Using certified talent diagnostics, individual strengths are identified and deepened in personal coaching sessions. Complementing this, practical workshops and seminars provide insights into various professional fields, impart key skills such as conflict management and learning techniques, and prepare participants for application situations. Visits to companies also offer direct insights into everyday working life, while group seminars promote exchange and networking among peers.

Eligible to apply are young people in upper secondary school or with a completed school leaving certificate up to the age of 30, who reside in Saarland and are not yet enrolled at a university. A special focus is placed on participants whose parents do not hold a university degree. Funding is provided in the form of a grant and can be continuously applied for via the online application portal. The only requirements are registration and completion of the online application. StudienStiftungSaar continuously reviews all incoming applications and invites suitable candidates directly to the further selection process. This creates tailored support that fosters sustainable orientation and a successful transition into vocational training or university studies.
