Management contribution to the Lower Austria Fire Prevention – Lower Austria

The management contribution supports the essential tasks of fire prevention in Lower Austria and thereby promotes sustainable structures in disaster protection and the social fabric. Funding is provided particularly for the areas of fire protection training, expert activities (consulting and legal proceedings), fire cause investigation, as well as the preparation of reliable fire statistics. Through a financial grant from the State of Lower Austria, the work of the interest group or other associations is secured in the long term, enabling the provision of high-quality training, the commissioning of experts, and the creation of robust analyses for hazard prevention. The provision of recurring funds guarantees continuous development and innovation capability in these critical fields of action.

Eligible for funding are exclusively non-profit associations or interest groups that have a private-law agreement with the State of Lower Austria and are already active in fire prevention. Applications can be submitted year-round; there are no fixed deadlines, allowing projects to be financed flexibly and in a timely manner. The grant is provided as direct funding and is aimed at organizations committed to public safety and contributing to damage prevention through qualified expert work.
