Description
In Carinthia, regulated vocational training in the agricultural and forestry sector is innovatively supported to enable interested parties to obtain comprehensive qualifications as apprentices or masters in accordance with the Agricultural and Forestry Vocational Training Ordinance 1991. As a type of funding: grant, financial resources are available for travel, participation, and accommodation costs as well as for necessary learning aids. This funding is particularly applicable to courses, training programs, and study trips offered by the agricultural and forestry apprenticeship and specialist training office. Thanks to continuous submission opportunities, funding applications can be submitted at any time and processed quickly.
Private applicants subject to the provisions of the Vocational Training Ordinance benefit from this direct funding. Key funding prerequisites include timely application submission with a positive funding approval and verification of compliance with § 26 of the Carinthian Agricultural and Forestry Funding Guidelines. For all state aid projects, the approval date is considered the earliest possible cost date; otherwise, the date of application submission is decisive. The professional and administrative processing is handled by the Office of the Carinthian State Government, Department 10 – Agriculture and Forestry, Rural Areas, which coordinates national and EU-funded programs and supports sustainable initiatives in agriculture and forestry.
