The Graz Old Town Preservation Fund promotes nationwide renovation measures on protected buildings in the six old town conservation zones of Graz through non-repayable grants. Eligible applicants are private individuals, companies, and non-profit organizations who are owners of the respective properties. The objective is the preservation of the external appearance as well as the structural substance and fabric. Applications are submitted electronically before the start of construction, there is no deadline, and grants cover the additional costs incurred according to the Graz Old Town Preservation Act.
