Description
The qualification initiative "Good Cause – Qualification for Corporate Cooperation" is aimed at non-profit organizations and initiatives based in Baden-Württemberg that wish to professionalize their collaboration with the business sector. In a modular program, seminars and practice-oriented workshops combine theoretical know-how with immediate application in a real project. Participants develop strategies to attract strong and innovative partner companies, create tailored cooperation models, and implement individual practical projects to enable long-term synergies between non-profit organizations and the economy. Funding is provided as an open-ended grant by the Diakonie Württemberg Foundation, supplemented by the PSD Bank Stiftung L(i)ebenswert.
The offer supports non-profit organizations in increasing professionalism in the areas of training and further education, consulting, and corporate financing, while simultaneously expanding the impact of social projects. Applications can be submitted at any time, as there are no fixed deadlines. A prerequisite for successful participation is the status as a non-profit organization or initiative based in Baden-Württemberg. Through needs-based support, participants not only acquire methodological competence but also benefit from a network of experts from the Mehrwert Agency and experienced practitioners from the business sector. This program strengthens the position of civil society actors, promotes sustainable cooperation, and contributes to innovation capacity in the region.
