Description

The Hermann Haake Foundation invites regional musicians and performing artists from Baden-Württemberg to apply for a performance on the evening of September 26, 2026, at Ludwigsburg Residential Palace. As a prize/award, this performance opportunity allows artists to captivate both audience and press alike in a prestigious historic setting. Eligible to participate are professional and semi-professional performers as well as ensembles with a meaningful artistic résumé and convincing work samples. Selection is based on artistic quality, biography, and the suitability of the submitted program ideas for the festival format; no financial remuneration will be paid, but an outstanding stage will be provided.

Interested individuals must submit their application by March 31, 2026, via email in a standardized PDF format. Required are a detailed résumé including education and previous engagements, evidence of artistic activity (e.g., audio samples, photo portfolios, websites), as well as optional creative program proposals. Notification of selection will be made by April 7, 2026. Through this initiative, the Foundation aims to increase visibility for both emerging talents and established acts and to introduce new impulses in the field of culture & media. Submission of all documents and timely application are prerequisites for participation and offer a unique opportunity to perform in the historic ambiance of Ludwigsburg and present one’s work in a demanding context.
