Description
The Craft Participations of the Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Hessen mbH (MBG H) are aimed at small and medium-sized craft enterprises with headquarters or operations in Hesse. In the form of a typical silent partnership, MBG H provides equity capital ranging from EUR 5,000 to 1.5 million to sustainably strengthen the equity base during founding, innovation, growth, and succession phases. Eligible applicants are start-ups and established companies in the commercial sector with master craftsman qualification in the business and an annual turnover of up to EUR 5 million. Applications can be submitted informally at any time.
Funding is provided for investments in the development and market launch of new products or processes, business development measures, structural adjustments and consolidations, as well as MBO/MBI projects and business succession arrangements. The goal is to improve the capital structure of craft businesses in Hesse and thereby enhance their independence and competitiveness. The participation complements traditional financing instruments and offers long-term, partnership-based support on favorable terms.
