Description
The HilfsFonds Altenhilfe of the EVIM Foundation is aimed nationwide at non-profit organizations and public institutions that wish to implement leisure, therapy, and care services for very elderly and dementia-affected individuals. As an uncomplicated grant program, the fund supports a variety of initiatives, such as the painting project “Farbzeit,” the integration of therapeutically trained dogs, clown performances, theatrical presentations, or targeted music and choir therapies. The EVIM Foundation, as a diaconal funding body of the Protestant Church, thereby supports projects that would otherwise lack sufficient financing, promoting social participation and well-being of particularly vulnerable target groups in senior centers and comparable facilities.
With an always open funding line, the HilfsFonds Altenhilfe provides sustainable start-up support for innovative offerings that combine socio-cultural and therapeutic aspects through grants. Applications can be submitted continuously, enabling tailored funding of projects in the fields of social affairs, health, culture & media, as well as work & social services. Through the fund, initiators have the opportunity to enrich the lives of very elderly and dementia-affected individuals and strengthen their individual abilities and resources. Interested institutions can also refer to the EVIM Foundation’s statutes to learn about non-profit funding conditions and to become part of a diaconal network in the long term.
