Description
The Holztechnikum Kuchl Housing Loan supports the non-profit association Holztechnikum Kuchl in Salzburg in servicing the housing loans taken out for the school boarding facility. As a private educational institution with public law status, Holztechnikum offers technical school and HTL (Higher Technical Education) programs in the field of wood management as well as a master craftsman school. Apprentices from all over Austria and South Tyrol find accommodation in the affiliated boarding school during their training at the Landesberufsschule Kuchl. With this funding measure, the State of Salzburg assumes the debt service for those housing promotion loans originally granted for the construction and modernization of the boarding school.
Eligible for funding are exclusively the repayment installments of the existing loans, which are disbursed twice annually on March 30 and September 30 according to the submitted repayment schedule of the Salzburger Landes-Hypothekenbank AG. A prerequisite is verifiable own contribution by the applicant, secured overall financing for a financing project exceeding 10,000 euros, as well as a clearly defined incentive effect within the remit of the funding agency. The requested funds must not exceed the strictly necessary amount and must be used exclusively in connection with the funding purpose. The application must specify whether additional funding agencies are involved. The funding period extends from 02.02.1988 until the allocated volume is fully utilized. This continuous grant funding is exclusively aimed at non-profit organizations and makes a sustainable contribution to strengthening education, modernization, and infrastructure in the housing sector.
