Description
The InnoGrowth SH fund supports start-ups based in Schleswig-Holstein with ecological, digital, or social innovations, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with innovative business models. Within the framework of silent or open participation, the Mittelständische Beteiligungsgesellschaft Schleswig-Holstein (MBG) and the Investitionsbank Schleswig-Holstein (IB.SH) provide economic equity capital to strengthen equity, improve the company rating with banks, and facilitate the procurement of external capital. Funding is provided for investments, working capital, acquisitions, share and company purchases, as well as general corporate financing, while restructuring and the refinancing of existing bank liabilities are excluded. The term is up to 120 months for silent participation and up to 84 months for open participation. Applications can be submitted continuously until July 31, 2026.
Eligible applicants are start-ups with ecological, digital, or social innovations, as well as SMEs with annual revenues up to €75 million and a registered office or place of business in Schleswig-Holstein. Compliance with German environmental and social standards as well as the exclusion of companies in difficulty according to the EU definition are prerequisites. Funding amounts range from €50,000 to €1.3 million for silent participation and up to €200,000 for open participation. For the application, an informal application, business plan, financing plan, proof of registered office or place of business, and current company key figures are required. The participation promotes sustainable growth and a solid balance sheet structure equally.
