Investment Promotion for Playgroups and Family Organizations

Investment funding in Upper Austria is aimed at non-profit organizations, interest groups, and other associations in the fields of social affairs, children and youth, as well as labor & social services. It enables playgroups and family organizations to make targeted investments in premises, equipment, and play materials in order to strengthen sustainable care and educational structures locally. Through financial support from the State of Upper Austria, regional care services are qualitatively expanded, thereby improving the quality of life for children, youth, and families in the communities.

Eligible for funding are local playgroups and non-profit family organizations that submit a written application in accordance with the “General Funding Guidelines of the State of Upper Austria” and provide a detailed financial plan. The type of funding is a direct grant, which can be applied for without a deadline from June 20, 2013, indefinitely. Upon positive approval, the payment is made, whereby proper use must be demonstrated by submitting payment receipts. The responsible authority is the Office of the Upper Austrian State Government, Directorate of Culture and Society, Department of Society. Interested organizations may submit documents at any time and thus contribute to the further development of regional care structures.
