Child-Friendly Design – Funding by the Olgäle Foundation for Sick Children e.V.

The Olgäle Foundation for Sick Children e.V. continuously supports child-friendly interior designs at the Olgahospital in Baden-Württemberg. Public institutions can apply for a grant to cover interior construction and design costs in order to create a colorful and age-appropriate hospital environment for young patients and their families. The goal is to establish an atmosphere that reduces anxiety and makes everyday clinical life more pleasant. The funding specifically targets projects in the areas of health, children and youth, as well as infrastructure & urban development, to enable a holistically inviting environment. Applications can be submitted on an ongoing basis, ensuring flexible planning and implementation of new design measures.

Through this funding program, the foundation makes a valuable contribution to the psychosocial relief of families at the Olgahospital.
