The “Climate Species Environment” project funding of the Citizens' Foundation for Haan and Gruiten continuously supports forward-looking initiatives in the areas of climate protection, environmental and nature conservation, as well as sustainable urban development. Private individuals, associations, civil society organizations, and public institutions from North Rhine-Westphalia with residence or activity in Haan and Gruiten can apply for funding in the form of grants. The aim of the call is to create livable, ecological, and climate-friendly habitats, strengthen citizen engagement, and set an example for neighboring municipalities.
Projects that implement ideas related to energy efficiency, species and environmental protection, or urban renewal are eligible for funding.
