Description

With KMU.DIGITAL 4.0 & GREEN – Strategic Consulting Tool GSB4: Resource Optimization through Digital Administration, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Vienna have access to an attractive funding opportunity. The goal is strategic consulting for the digital automation of internal processes, electronic procurement, and communication with customers as well as authorities. The program raises awareness of the potential of paperless processes, e-billing, and online services, thereby promoting sustainable transformation and CO₂ reduction. Each project is accompanied by certified consultants who capture the current state through structured analysis and jointly define measures to increase efficiency. The compact consulting (maximum two days) delivers a clear implementation plan and lays the foundation for modern digital administrative processes.

Funding is provided as a flat rate covering 50% of the consulting costs up to a maximum of €1,000 net per SME and tool. Applications can be submitted digitally via the aws funding manager from May 21, 2024, as long as the budget lasts. Eligible for funding are SMEs based in Vienna according to the EU SME definition, holding a trade license and a business establishment in Austria, and selecting a certified consultant. Upon completion of the consulting, the consulting report, invoice, and proof of payment must be submitted; expenses and VAT are not eligible for funding. The project duration is one month; billing must be completed within three months after approval.
