Description
KMU.DIGITAL 4.0 – Status and potential analyses in the areas of e-commerce, online marketing & social media is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises in Vienna that wish to optimize their digital presence strategies. Funding is provided for consulting financed by the federal government through certified experts – as an 80% subsidy up to a maximum of 400 euros per tool. The analysis usually takes one day and is conducted using a proven checklist to systematically identify strengths, weaknesses, and sustainable potentials of existing websites and webshops. Based on this, concrete recommendations for action to increase efficiency and ecological optimization are offered. Funding requirements include commercial self-employment with official GLN, classification as an SME according to the EU definition, and having a registered office or place of business in Austria.
From May 21, 2024, applications can be submitted online continuously until the budget is exhausted. Key evaluation criteria are relevance to e-commerce potentials, sustainability aspects, and economic efficiency. Required for the application are, among others, the online application form, trade license/GLN, contract confirmation with the consultant, invoice, proof of payment, and consulting report. The maximum project duration is one month. This provides Austrian SMEs with tailored support to develop their web presence in a future-oriented manner and sustainably strengthen their competitiveness.
