Description
The funding offer is aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises with a registered office or place of business in Vienna and provides the opportunity to sustainably further develop the structures of digital business models as well as internal operational processes. Within the framework of a subsidized strategic consultancy in the area of business models and processes, certified consultants analyze current market trends, business strategies, and technology solutions together with the companies. Based on this, a roadmap is created for prioritizing measures and concrete implementation steps, which leverages both the digital maturity level and optimization potentials in processes and resources. The modular concept combines compact workshops, status analyses, and tailored recommendations for action to pave the way for new products and services and to design business processes in a data protection-compliant and efficient manner.
50% of the consultancy costs are subsidized, up to a maximum of €1,000 per tool. Applications can be submitted continuously from May 21, 2024, until the budget is exhausted. Prerequisites include the independent operation of a commercial enterprise according to the EU definition, certification of the consultant(s) according to program requirements, as well as the provision of a consultancy report and proof of payment. After a positive funding approval, the consultancy can be conducted digitally, in person, or in a hybrid format. Through this offer, Viennese SMEs receive a clear roadmap for digital transformation, strengthen their competitiveness, and benefit from a subsidy of up to €3,000 when combining multiple tools. Continuous support by experts ensures that innovation projects are implemented in a structured manner and sustainable economic success is achieved in the region.
