Description
The funding instrument SME.DIGITAL 4.0 – Strategy Consulting: Tool SB4 Digital Administration is aimed at Austrian small and medium-sized enterprises with headquarters or business premises in Vienna that wish to automate and digitally optimize their administrative processes. A subsidized strategy consultation by certified consultants supports the introduction of digital invoice formats, electronic procurement processes, electronic deliveries, and integration with the Business Service Portal. The goal is to make administrative routines more efficient and to deepen expertise in digital administration solutions. The funding rate amounts to 50% of the consulting costs, up to a maximum of €1,000 per tool, provided that a consultation under SME.DIGITAL has already been utilized beforehand. Hardware or acquisition costs as well as debt settlement are not eligible for funding. Approval depends on the qualification of the consultants and the contribution to digital administrative optimization.
Applications can be submitted continuously from May 21, 2024, until the funding volume is exhausted via the aws Funding Manager. An online form, a current commercial register or company register excerpt, and the De-minimis declaration are required for the application. The program guideline stipulates a project duration of up to 12 months, during which the consultation must take place and be invoiced. Upon successful completion, the grant will be paid out after submission of the proof of use and invoicing documents. This offer strengthens the competitiveness of participating SMEs by professionalizing digital administrative processes, thereby unlocking time and cost savings potential.
