The Anna Haag Foundation gGmbH in Baden-Württemberg is committed to disadvantaged youth, who have been particularly affected by the consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic, through the educational projects “Komm auf Kurs – your compass for vocational training” and “ANNA for Future.” The goal is the socio-pedagogical and psychological support of young people with special needs or impairments, to compensate for educational deficits, develop perspectives for training and employment, and sustainably stabilize the transition into work. The foundation provides a total of €34,000 in own funds per year: €19,000 for “Komm auf Kurs” and €15,000 for “ANNA for Future.” As a non-profit subsidiary of the Anna Haag Multigenerational House, it pools donations for intergenerational and inclusive educational offerings, thereby pursuing the overarching goal of strengthening inclusion and equal opportunities in the neighborhood.
Eligible for funding are private individuals, companies, and foundations that participate in the own funds with 20% of the total costs within the framework of a sponsorship model. The grants directly benefit the project participants in Stuttgart-Bad Cannstatt and support long-term vocational training and education as well as social cohesion. Through the ongoing financing option, contributions can be raised at any time to close existing funding gaps and ensure the continuity of the measures.
