Description
The STUFEN zum ERFOLG Foundation enables universities nationwide to adopt the proven STUFEN success modules free of charge – consisting of readers, videos, and varying examination content – including methodological and technical support. Universities receive assistance in setting up and installing the blended learning platform, training for instructors, administration, and tutors, as well as accompanying transfer days to ensure smooth implementation. By applying the concept in Moodle courses, a hybrid teaching format is promoted, allowing flexible use of learning materials at individually schedulable times while also providing on-site sessions for intensive reflection and feedback rounds.
The program aims to sustainably integrate fundamental key competencies into curricula, thereby strengthening study and career preparation. Instructors and administration can use the STUFEN concept as a Studium Fundamentale to systematically impart soft skills such as appreciative communication, learning strategy methods, self- and time management, as well as career strategies. Students benefit from a combination of self-study phases and moderated in-person sessions, which have been proven to increase acceptance and learning success. Cooperation inquiries can be submitted at any time. Prerequisites include an interest in the curricular anchoring of key competencies and contact with the foundation to agree on individual implementation plans.
