Description
The program of the Stiftung Dialogstark! gGmbH is aimed at educational institutions in Germany and Austria and supports free cooperation with schools and universities. The focus is on strengthening the culture of dialogue and the mental health of young people through diverse formats such as projects, workshops, lectures, seminars, and special burnout consultation hours. The offerings are continuously available and can be individually tailored to the needs of the respective institution. 100% of the costs are covered as a grant, and applications can be submitted at any time. Evaluation is based on alignment with the foundation’s mission statement and the convincing concept addressing the joint needs.
Interested schools and universities can easily request collaboration via an online form or email. Decisive for a positive funding decision are a coherent cooperation concept and the sustainable objective to provide young participants – from apprentices and students to school pupils – with new impulses for resilience and communication skills. Through professional guidance by experienced therapists, coaches, and mentors, a protected space is created in which participants learn skills for conflict resolution and self-reflection. This holistic approach not only promotes individual well-being but also makes an important contribution to a healthy coexistence within educational institutions.
