Free Consultation & Training Services (Kindergärten Finkenau Foundation)

The Kindergärten Finkenau Foundation in Hamburg provides parents, guardians, and children of its institutions with free access to a wide-ranging advisory and training program. The aim is to offer support in psychological stress situations and to strengthen parenting skills. Professional experts from psychology, education, and behavioral therapy are available to provide relief in confidential conversations and to develop individual solutions for everyday life in daycare centers and families. In addition to psychological first aid, the program includes a specially designed child training that combines behavioral therapy, play therapy, and hypnotic elements to positively change undesirable behavior at an early stage.

Additionally, regular, thematically focused online lectures are held as part of the Triple P series, conveying the basic principles of positive parenting and presenting strategies to promote self-confidence, resilience, and social competence. A limited online training program with eight modular units completes the offering, enabling flexible support on digital devices. Funding is provided to private as well as legal guardians, provided there is an affiliation with an institution of the Kindergärten Finkenau Foundation. All services are offered as grants and are permanently available to provide sustainable impulses for the healthy development of children and families.
