A prerequisite for application is that eligible applicants outside the state administration in Schleswig-Holstein possess long-standing expertise in career orientation and experience in dealing with digital transformation. A crucial component of the funding program is also extensive public relations work, ensuring that interested young people transitioning from school to work learn about the IT Scouts’ offerings. The measure targets students at vocational schools, participants in transition programs, as well as young people seeking information about entering the IT sector.
Applications are submitted based on a structured project proposal, which, in addition to a detailed project description, includes a comprehensive financing plan and documentation of personnel costs.
