Funding objective

Description

With a grant of up to €120,000, a nationwide open initiative supports small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) as well as non-profit organizations that have already successfully completed an FFG-funded preliminary trial. The aim is to specifically support marketing and sales measures for the first-time commercialization of a marketable prototype, whether a product or a service. Funding is provided particularly for market preparation such as analyses, the establishment and equipping of sales teams including training and consulting, as well as the expansion of digital and analog sales channels. In addition, concepts for marketing strategies and processes can be optimized, and initial production capacities for the transition to manufacturing can be created.

Application deadline: 01.09.2025 to 31.12.2025, 11:00 a.m. The project duration extends over a maximum of 18 months, with a funding rate between 40% and 60% of eligible costs. A successful completion of an FFG-funded project in experimental development or process and organizational innovation is required, as well as submission no later than 12 months after the end of the preliminary contract. Expenses for further development of products, processes, or services are not eligible for funding. Eligible costs include, among others, market analyses, trade fair appearances, digital marketing, and production preparation. A convincing business plan and meaningful CVs are mandatory components of the application.
