Description

The Personio Foundation supports HR professionals of nonprofit organizations throughout Germany with its free mentoring program “People Partner for Good.” Over a period of six to twelve months, the program offers structured 1:1 sessions with experienced HR mentors from the private sector. Using practical case studies and individual experience reports, key personnel processes—from talent recruitment to employee retention—are further developed. The goal is to jointly overcome strategic and operational challenges and thus sustainably strengthen the personnel capabilities of nonprofit teams.

Eligible to participate are full-time HR employees of nonprofit organizations who wish to specifically refine their HR work. Selection is based on a holistic matching process that takes into account experience background, content focus areas, and time availability. Interested parties complete a short online registration form, which is available at any time since registration is ongoing. Regular feedback during the six- to twelve-month duration ensures that the collaboration remains effective. This offer is aimed at all those who want to engage in exchange with private HR experts and sustainably expand their own expertise in the nonprofit sector.
