Description
The Lebendiges Lehre Foundation provides a fully equipped mobile stage free of charge in the municipality of Lehre to enable non-profit initiatives, associations, and interest groups to host unforgettable open-air events. The offer includes a 20 m² covered performance area, integrated sound and lighting technology, as well as professional technical support by experienced event technicians. Services such as transport, setup, and teardown are fully covered by the grant. Cultural, democratic, and social projects are equally supported: from panel discussions and small theater or dance performances to concerts for up to 150 attendees. Thanks to short setup times and easy handling, non-profit organizations face minimal organizational effort, allowing for a variety of outdoor encounter formats to be realized.
For successful funding, a level area of at least 10 × 10 m including maneuvering space is required, as well as a three-phase power connection (400 V, 32 A) within a maximum distance of 50 m. The foundation grants 100% funding for the first day (daily rate €1,700) and for additional days (€1,500), while extra equipment (e.g., subwoofers, additional lighting) and extended rental periods are to be covered by the users. Allocation is granted year-round and without deadlines based on a brief project description, indication of date and location, and contact details. Selection criteria equally consider non-profit status, local relevance to the municipality of Lehre, and technical feasibility. Inquiries can be submitted at any time without application deadlines to sustainably strengthen cultural and social cohesion in the eight localities.
