muTiger Trainings

The muTiger Foundation supports four-hour civil courage training sessions throughout Germany, offered both in-person and online. In practical live scenarios, young people from the age of 15, adults, and seniors—regardless of physical fitness or prior knowledge—learn important self-assertion techniques, an effective danger radar, and the correct way to place an emergency call. Two trainers guide participants through realistic case studies to strengthen action competence and a sense of responsibility. In addition to public courses that can be booked continuously, closed groups from schools, companies, non-profit organizations, and public institutions can request individual appointment arrangements.

The program aims to demonstrate safe intervention options without endangering one's own safety. Legal frameworks, anti-victim signals, and the active involvement of helpers are central to the training. Through interactive exchange and reflection on real experiences, participants gain more self-confidence and acquire sustainable soft skills for critical situations. The muTiger trainings offer a low-threshold approach to violence prevention and social competence development in the field of education and training. Registration is possible at any time; dates depend on availability and can be flexibly adapted to the needs of closed groups.
