Description
Objective of the funding: In Tyrol, micro and small enterprises in the commercial sector with a valid trade license are supported in securing and improving regional local supply in the long term. Investments in tangible assets for new constructions or modernizations, as well as the implementation of alternative local supply systems in municipalities, districts, or town centers where basic supply is at risk, are eligible for funding. Applications can be submitted from March 1, 2024, until December 31, 2027. The measure aims to strengthen the economic stability and attractiveness of rural areas and to ensure comprehensive provision of food and essential goods.
Funding conditions and application documents: As a non-repayable one-time grant, the support covers up to 30% of eligible investment costs, up to a maximum of €200,000; additionally, a local supply premium of up to €20,000 can be applied for. Funding prerequisites include micro or small enterprise status and a minimum investment amount of €20,000. The basis for the application consists of the investment application form, the premium form, and the guidelines RL_Tourismus_und_Regionalitaet.pdf. Project costs must be implemented within one year after the application submission. Experts from regional economic development review the documents and support the process. This creates a promising opportunity to establish sustainable and innovative supply structures in Tyrol and to make an active contribution to strengthening the rural community.
