The project funding for labor market initiatives in Tyrol supports labor market-relevant projects aimed at enhancing professional qualifications, stabilizing employment levels, and reducing unemployment. Funding is provided for measures to integrate disadvantaged and labor market-disconnected groups, to implement longer educational plans, as well as to establish standardized educational and career counseling services. Eligible applicants include natural and legal persons, companies, cooperatives, interest groups, other associations, and public institutions. Eligible costs particularly include personnel expenses, material costs, costs for educational and career counseling measures, national co-financing of ESF projects, and de minimis aid. Full financing from other sources (100%) as well as project-related expenses without labor market policy relevance are excluded.
Submissions are accepted continuously and exclusively online before the start of the requested funding period. Requirements include a detailed project description with a cost and financing plan, a declaration of already approved funding, a commercial register or association register excerpt for first-time applicants, and an overview of de minimis aid received in the past two years. Upon positive evaluation, a written funding agreement is concluded, specifying the type, amount, and duration of the grants as well as reporting obligations. The funding measure is valid until 31.12.2029 and offers a flexible opportunity to successfully implement labor market policy initiatives in Tyrol and achieve sustainable impact.
