Open Saturday – Kickoff to Life Foundation

The monthly initiative at TeamSportPark Siegen invites children, adolescents, and families to a lively participatory experience – free of charge and without registration. Under the motto "Movement Connects," the open sports and play format offers varied stations, highlights such as a bouncy castle or bubble balls, as well as diverse materials for age-appropriate activities. Experienced instructors guide participants through the program, which is deliberately designed without performance pressure and promotes encounters across cultural and generational boundaries. An inviting food lounge complements the sporting offer and provides space for breaks, conversations, and self-brought treats.

The ongoing series aims to strengthen joy of movement, integration, and inclusion in the North Rhine-Westphalia region. It is aimed at all those who enjoy movement and community – regardless of prior experience or background. Dates are published monthly, allowing for spontaneous visits as well as long-term planning. With this low-threshold offer, the Anstoß zum Leben Foundation contributes to social participation and supports families in becoming active together.
