Description
The ORDIX Scholarship for Mathematics/Computer Science is aimed at exceptionally talented students and prospective students in the fields of mathematics and computer science who are experiencing financial or personal hardship. The program is funded nationwide by the Talentengel Ulrike and Wolfgang Kögler Foundation in cooperation with ORDIX AG. Up to two scholarships, each with a funding amount of up to €6,000, can be awarded per year. Selection is based on academic aptitude in mathematics and computer science as well as actual financial need. Applications can be submitted continuously, so there are no fixed deadlines to observe.
The award supports gifted individuals in pursuing their academic goals despite adverse circumstances and simultaneously strengthens the STEM landscape in Germany. The annual grant not only provides immediate financial relief but also promotes young researchers in forward-looking disciplines.
