PLAN A (JOBLINGE Foundation)

The JOBLINGE Foundation is launching a nationwide recruitment and activation campaign with PLAN A to specifically support young people seeking apprenticeships. Both online and offline outreach methods are employed to motivate, inspire, and individually guide young people in their career choices. After registration via the PLAN A platform, initial contact is made within 48 hours to assess personal needs. The subsequent support is tailored to the individual milestones of the participants and does not follow a rigid, predetermined program.

This offer is aimed at all young people currently without an apprenticeship position who need support entering the workforce. The flexible implementation takes place digitally, in hybrid form, or in person – for example, in compact two-day job camps or in multi-week formats. The goal is to ensure sustainable preparation for apprenticeship positions through committed supervision, practical advice, and motivating elements. Registration is possible at any time; the only funding requirement is successful registration on the platform. With PLAN A, the JOBLINGE Foundation provides low-threshold, tailored support that enables apprenticeship seekers to independently and confidently take the first step into professional life.
