plus eins – Literature of the Kunststiftung NRW offers literature enthusiasts in North Rhine-Westphalia a unique funding format that combines masterclass elements with needs-based individual support. Within this continuously open program, selected authors and translators gain access to intensive workshops, individual mentoring, and targeted qualification measures. Through the mix of peer exchange and professional guidance, creative development is fostered and the production of literary works of outstanding quality is enabled.
