The Christian Foundation North-East supports people in Hesse who have fallen into a social crisis, psychological distress, or economic hardship with its Practical Individual Case Assistance. Private individuals and families receive immediate effective help through personal support, financial grants, and provision of material resources without bureaucratic detours. The funding is provided as a subsidy and intervenes precisely where existing support networks are insufficient. This enables needs-based care that both reduces acute life risks and opens up sustainable long-term prospects.

Eligible are individuals and families who rely on immediate support due to social or economic hardship. Applications can be submitted at any time; there is no requirement to apply within fixed deadlines. Eligible expenses include necessary financial assistance and material resources that cover individual needs – from housing cost coverage and medical and social aid to essential purchases. As a non-profit, socially diaconal institution, the Christian Foundation North-East deploys its funds directly in the Frankfurt am Main region and surrounding areas to sustainably strengthen social cohesion and relieve those affected in difficult life situations.
