Description

The ProBono funding of the Universal-Tao-Germany-Foundation is aimed at economically disadvantaged individuals throughout Germany and provides financial support in the form of grants for participation fees in Universal Healing Tao© events, workshops, and training courses. The goal of this initiative is to enable socially disadvantaged people to access health-promoting, meditative, and body-oriented offerings based on the Chinese Five Elements theory and Classical Chinese Medicine by Grandmaster Mantak Chia. Through the continuously offered funding opportunities, the foundation’s funds contribute to strengthening self-care, mindfulness, and personal development. Selection is carried out through a transparent procedure that focuses on proof of economic need.

Eligible are individuals who submit a current benefit notice under SGB II or SGB XII, a housing allowance notice, a notice pursuant to § 27a Federal Supply Act or § 6a Federal Child Benefit Act, or a written confirmation from the respective social benefits provider. Only participation fees for UHT events in Germany are funded. Applications can be submitted at any time, with the complete submission of all required documents being a prerequisite for approval. The selection committee continuously reviews applications and places great importance on equal treatment as well as supporting those participants recognized as economically needy through state benefits.
