Program for Impact (IMPCT gGmbH / WirkRaum Hamburg)

The free twelve-month funding and qualification program is aimed at non-profit organizations based in Hamburg as well as social entrepreneurs who wish to professionalize their organizational structures and sustainably increase their social impact. Under the umbrella of the newly established WirkRaum in St. Pauli, participants are systematically supported in the areas of organizational development, impact management, fundraising, communication & marketing, strategy, as well as finance & law. The goal is to establish resilient structures and agile processes to achieve long-term stability and measurable success.

IMPCT gGmbH provides 100% of the funding for selected actors in the form of a grant. The program relies on a holistic approach, combining individual consulting, interdisciplinary networking, and continuous reflection phases. Applications can be submitted starting February 2027, with the program commencing in May 2027. Throughout the year, participants benefit from expert workshops, peer learning, and tailored coaching sessions that respond to current economic and social conditions. This creates an innovation hub where commitment is purposefully concentrated and systematically developed into sustainable impact.
