Description

The Ausbildungsanker program is aimed at professionals in vocational and school-based training who wish to minimize training dropouts by early detection and addressing of psychological stress. Within a four-month, completely free digital training series, trainers, training supervisors, HR managers, craftsmen in master courses, vocational school teachers, and school social workers acquire practical knowledge on the basics of mental health, typical disorders, substance abuse, and sensitive communication. Funded by the Achtung! Kinderseele Foundation, the pilot will start in August 2025 in Hamburg and Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, followed by an expansion to Schleswig-Holstein in 2026. The learning modules consist of four fixed webinars with a maximum of 30 participants per session, providing ample opportunity for individual case discussions and questions.

Eligible to participate are private individuals, companies, and public institutions whose employees work in a trainer or comparable role and are available for all training dates. Registration via the waiting list is possible at any time, with selection based on the order of applications received. The funding rate is 100%, and all requirements can be easily submitted via email. The digital sessions are expected to take place from late August to late November 2025. Ausbildungsanker creates a safe environment to recognize psychological stress early, address it with trust, and initiate tailored support measures—with the goal of sustainably preventing training dropouts and enhancing the well-being of young people.
