Project Funding of the Citizens' Foundation Achim

The project funding of the Bürgerstiftung Achim sets impulses for charitable initiatives in Lower Saxony that strengthen community cohesion in the city of Achim. Projects are supported in the areas of education and upbringing, youth and elderly care, public health, arts, culture and monument preservation, as well as environmental and landscape protection. The goal is to support projects that are not part of the mandatory tasks of the city administration and that provide a tangible added value for the citizens. A prerequisite for funding is compliance with the funding guidelines of the Bürgerstiftung Achim as well as proof that the project serves the interests of the city of Achim and its residents. Interested associations and initiatives are given the opportunity through this uncomplicated procedure to implement their ideas and engagement projects promptly and to achieve sustainable impact locally.
