Description
The Sindelfingen Community Foundation supports nonprofit initiatives that sustainably enrich coexistence in Sindelfingen through ongoing project funding. Activities in the fields of education & training, integration, culture & sports, environmental & nature conservation, as well as quality of life, are funded. Eligible applicants include natural and legal persons, companies, associations, foundations, educational institutions, and start-ups with a registered office or specific task in the city. A 100% grant covers personnel, material, and other project-specific costs, while general ongoing expenses, religious or political projects, and already completed initiatives are excluded from funding. Selection is based on clear criteria: sustainability, connection to the city, own funds and contributions in kind, as well as strict adherence to the funding guidelines.
To apply, the official PDF form must be fully completed and legally signed, then submitted by post or email. Supporting documents include a detailed project description (maximum four pages), a self-presentation of the applicants, proof of cooperation, approval notices from other funders, and, if applicable, corporate tax exemption certificates and powers of attorney for signature authorization. There is no fixed deadline, so applications are reviewed at any time. Upon successful approval, a final report including original receipts and photographic material documenting the project’s progress must be submitted. Through this offering, the foundation actively contributes to promoting innovative initiatives and sustainably enhancing the quality of life in Sindelfingen.
