Description
The project funding of the Klimaschutz+ Stiftung e.V. is aimed nationwide at non-profit organizations engaged in the areas of climate protection, environmental/nature conservation, energy efficiency, and sustainable transformation. Grants of up to €125,940 are continuously available to support both local and international initiatives. A prerequisite for application is registration as a donor as well as recognition of the initiative as non-profit or cooperation with a non-profit organization. Thematically, projects must be related to climate protection, the UN Millennium Goals, or peace & disarmament and fulfill a demonstrable non-profit purpose. To apply, an online proposal form and proof of non-profit status are sufficient; selection takes place annually through a participatory online vote by all registered donors of the Climate Protection & Transformation Fund.
