The foundation supports initiatives in fields such as human medicine, biomedicine, nursing sciences, medical technology, biotechnology, and hospital management with a clear non-profit mission. Application documents include, among others, a cover sheet, a lay summary, a brief justification (up to three pages), a detailed project justification, and a detailed financial plan. Eligible expenses include personnel costs, equipment costs, general operating costs, and other expenses such as travel costs; investments for basic equipment and projects with commercial objectives are excluded from funding.
