Project Funding of the DPSG Diocesan Association Freiburg Foundation

The DPSG Diocesan Association Freiburg Foundation awards grants as part of ongoing project funding to non-profit interest groups and associations in Baden-Württemberg. The aim is to support innovative and exceptional initiatives that serve the education, upbringing, and personal development of children and young people within the diocesan association of the German Scout Association Saint George (including districts and troops). Only projects that have not yet started are considered, and no funding is provided for real estate, campsites, or equipment and furnishings. With this focus, the foundation seeks to enable exemplary initiatives and promote voluntary engagement at all levels of the association.

Of particular interest for funding are activities that sustainably promote cooperation, the learning process, and the personal development of young people. Applications can be submitted at any time, as there are no fixed deadlines. The prerequisite is that the planned project takes place within the territory of the DPSG Diocesan Association Freiburg and pursues the non-profit purpose of the association. This transparent and open allocation practice ensures that especially new foundations and creative projects can be realized at an early stage. The DPSG Diocesan Association Freiburg Foundation thus makes an important contribution to the further development of child and youth work within the association and sets sustainable impulses for future generations.
